
PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training is the option for you if you wish to work with me on a one to one, face to face basis at PureGym in Paisley.
This service involves either one or two, one hour sessions each week in where you will be taken through your programme with me and I will assist you with your goals. There will also be an accessory programme for you to follow out with our time spent together and there will be weekly check ins to ensure you are on track.
Along side these sessions you will receive nutritional guidance to guide and assist you based on the goals you have determined for yourself.
This service is the best option for someone who is looking for a fully personalised service with one on one guidance.
